Support Cans for Koalas

Put aside empty drink bottles and cans to help provide ongoing care and recovery to wildlife.

TOMRA's nationwide recycling appeal, Cans for Koalas is giving Australians the unique opportunity to donate their empty drink bottles and cans to help provide ongoing care and recovery to wildlife. Until 23rd August, recyclers in NSW, QLD and NT have the option to donate their 10c container refund by simply selecting “Cans for Koalas” on all TOMRA recycling machines (Return and Earn in NSW, and TOMRA in QLD and NT).  All proceeds received through this initiative will be donated to WWF’s Australian Wildlife and Nature Recovery Fund.

Over $75,000 has been donated so far. Start collecting today and help us reach our goal of 2.5 million bottles and cans (recycled and) donated by 23rd August 2020! You can keep track of these donations by visiting cansforkoalas.org.au
